REQUIREMENTS TO RENEW YOUR U.S. PASSPORT

 

• One completed pre application for passport renewal CLICK HERE

• Two passport type photos.  We recommend a facility familiar with passport photo requirements such as Walgreens, CVS, Kinko's, etc. 

• ​Proof of Travel which may be copy of your international airline, bus, or cruise ticket or a round trip itinerary

• 2 letters of authorization (LOA).  Print 2 LOAs. Fill out and Sign each.

• Your actual passport.  Your cancelled passport will be returned to you

• Forward all of the above to us
